Anonymous platform usage totals

Our free Complaint Pack Builders and Preliminary Assessment Builders record limited aggregate events such as a journey being started or completed, a report or document being generated or downloaded, printing or copying being selected, and voluntary Guided Support, review or sharing links being activated.

The request contains only the approved category identifier, event name, framework version, broad journey mode where applicable and broad device class. The server determines the reporting date and stores daily aggregate counters. Complaint Pack or assessment answers, applicant or client details, contact details, addresses, generated reference numbers, complaint descriptions, financial information, chronology, evidence, uploaded files, report contents, generated wording, Agent identities, user profiles and case records are not included.

These totals help us improve the free tools. They are not used for advertising, browser fingerprinting, user profiling or linking a person to a submitted support request. We retain aggregate daily totals for platform reporting and review that retention approach as the service evolves.

If you reject analytics, these optional analytics scripts are not loaded by the homepage. We do not use Clarity on admin or dashboard pages.
